Terms of Service

BackrBoard ("we") helps youth sports clubs sell sponsorships to local businesses. By using BackrBoard, you agree to these terms.

Clubs

• Clubs set their own sponsorship packages and prices and are responsible for delivering the perks they promise.
• Payments go directly to the club's own Stripe account. Clubs must follow Stripe's terms.
• BackrBoard charges a 5% platform fee on every sponsorship, collected automatically at payment. The sponsor may choose to cover it. The Pro plan costs $299 per year in addition to the 5% fee.
• The Starter plan allows up to 10 paid sponsors per season.

Sponsors

• A sponsorship is an agreement between the sponsor and the club. BackrBoard is not a party to it.
• Sponsorships last through the club's season (or one year from payment if the club hasn't set a season). We send a reminder before they end.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use BackrBoard for anything unlawful, misleading or abusive, and don't scrape, copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, its business suggestions or its content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

BackrBoard is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees we collected from you in the 12 months before a claim.
