What we collect

• From clubs: the admin's email, the club's name, branding and contact email.
• From sponsors: business name, email, and what they bought.
• Card and bank details are entered on Stripe's checkout page. We never see or store them.

How we use it

• To run sponsorships: receipts, perk tracking and renewal reminders.
• To show a club its own sponsors. Each club sees only its own data.

We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run BackrBoard: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email), and the club a sponsor chose to support.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your information, email hello@backrboard.com. We may keep payment records as the law requires.
