Hi, I'm Paul, a coach and volunteer at a small nonprofit youth club in a small town in the Northeast. I've been coaching youth teams for over 10 years.

Like a lot of club volunteers, I've ended up involved in nearly every part of running a club: coaching, registration, payments, the website, fundraising, and the board. I know what happens behind the scenes so kids can play on Saturday, and I know how much of it falls on a handful of people.
