Refund Policy

Sponsorship payments go directly to the club, so refunds are decided by the club. To ask for one, reply to your receipt email; it reaches the club.

Clubs should refund in full if they can't deliver the perks they promised.
When a club refunds a sponsorship, BackrBoard refunds its 5% fee too.
Card processing fees charged by Stripe may not be returned to the club.
Pro plan subscriptions can be canceled anytime and stay active until the end of the paid year.
